Course Description
Our intensive 4 week, 120 hour program will equip you with the best possible grounding for a career as a TEFL Teacher, giving you exposure to a range of teaching methodologies and the mechanics of the English language
The Teacher Training Center runs in partnership with highly respected language school United English. It is with this partnership that the Teacher Training Center is in a position to offer Trainee Teachers with observed teaching practice from Day 2, the first hour of a collective ten across the course.
It is important to note that teaching practice will often be scheduled outside course hours, perhaps even on a Saturday, so it is essential that Trainee Teachers are readily available for the entire duration of the course.
Trainee Teachers are also required to submit course assignments as well as undertake relevant and rewarding assessment tasks, demonstrating comprehension and receiving considered feedback and evaluation. Trainee Teacher will see a clear link between their dedication to the course and their development as a Teacher.
Course assignments include:
Learner Profile.
Classroom Management.
Theory, Terminology and Language Awareness.
Presentation on EFL methodologies.
Materials Development.
Reflections on Teaching Experience.
At the conclusion of the course, students will be provided with certification, guidance with their portfolio, resume and job placement assistance.
Course requirements
-A grasp of the English language, both written and spoken, that is of a native speaker level.
-Achieved a level of education that would be required to enter university.
-A willingness to participate and learn within a group environment, as well as undertake several written assignments.
-Minimum age of 21 years.

Accommodation Options
The school can set up a number of accommodation options for it's trainees:
-Home-stay - approximately 2, 500 pesos/month
-Posadas which are colonial style houses that now serve as Inns, often equipped with a communal kitchen for self-catering
-Hotels, all of which are either walking distance or have convenient transport links to the school

QuerÃÂïÃÂÿÃÂýtaro is one of Mexico's hidden gems. It offers buzzing nightlife, convenient geography and a healthy balance of Mexican and Western cultures. It is only about 2 and half hours from Mexico City and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
With a population of around 750,000, QuerÃÂïÃÂÿÃÂýtaro is fast becoming the business hub of Mexico. Boasting a multitude of global businesses which have moved to the city in the past 10 years, QuerÃÂïÃÂÿÃÂýtaro has grown to become one of the most lucrative and safe cities in Mexico.
The school is conveniently located on the city fringe of QuerÃÂïÃÂÿÃÂýtaroÃÂïÃÂÿÃÂýs Historic Downtown.
