Supporting
Language & Educational Training Worldwide
The Suzanne Furstner Foundation was set up in memory of our much-loved
friend and colleague, Suzanne, who we tragically lost in a road
accident in Spain on 22nd May 2006.
Suzanne worked at Cactus for four years and, as Head of Cactus
TEFL, was responsible for setting the Cactus TEFL wheels in motion
from the very start. Through her devotion, hard work and tireless
enthusiasm, Suzanne took our fledgling TEFL product and helped
to turn it into the sophisticated, internationally-recognised
success that it is today. She made friends and contacts - often
by speaking one of her many languages - with teacher training
schools across the world, making a long-lasting impression on
all those she met with her energy and passion.
It is in her honour and memory that we dedicate the Suzanne Furstner
Foundation, a project supporting language and educational training
across the world, a subject close to her heart.
