Acceptance onto Training Courses where an application process is involved:

Cactus Worldwide staff involved in the recruitment and selection of trainees will ensure the company’s recruitment and selection policy is adhered to and that:

- A carefully worded and objective trainee profile description/person specification is produced for all course places, outlining the essential skills, knowledge and experience and characteristics required.

- Short-listing is based on objective criteria relevant to the course

- Suitably trained Cactus staff will judge eligibility for entry to all courses based solely on professionally and academically relevant criteria.

Disclosure of information relating to disability or other relevant factors:

Whilst legally there is no obligation for persons to disclose information pertaining to disability or other factors, Cactus Worldwide Ltd. kindly requests that all applicants disclose any disability or other factor which might otherwise foreseeably contribute to the applicant being:
- At risk of harm or injury to self or others whilst attending a course
- At risk of compromising the successful outcome or completion of the course
- At risk of exposure to any other otherwise detrimental outcome or event.

Such disclosure will enable us to afford maximum care and attention to all applications. All information received is treated in absolute confidence, and will not count in any way against the application nor detract from the professional selection process in place.

Specifically with regard to Training Locations:

As an agency, Cactus Worldwide Ltd., promotes courses held in premises with facilities which it does not own. As such, these training locations may or may not conform to required levels, due, for example, to international legislative discrepancies.

Cactus is willing to consider any applications or expressions of interest in any training course, in any location in the world, and is prepared to discuss any reasonable adjustments, in conjunction with the relevant partner school, which may be required as a result of any disability or other need.
