i-to-i Weekend TEFL is committed to providing our students the best service possible.

Cancellation and Refund

You are entitled to a full refund within seven working days from the date you applied to join a WeekendTEFL course.

Our refund policy covers you from the day you enroll to the day you graduate. We offer a 100% discount of fees to any student if:

1. You are not satisfied with your experience on the course in line with Our Promise and that you lodge a formal complaint within seven days of our failure to deliver on any of these points with appropriate proof. Please note that you must apply for your refund within seven days of completing the course.

2. You decide to cancel the course for whatever reason within 7 working days of applying to join a WeekendTEFL course.

3. i-to-i withdraws or otherwise no longer runs the course.

4. i-to-i fails to contact you after your enrolment; this is provided that the email account or mailing address supplied on your enrolment registration form is valid and in working order - no responsibility can be taken by i-to-i for failure to contact a student through a given email account or mailing address which is supplied incorrectly or does not support attachments or is otherwise invalid .

5. i-to-i shows gross misconduct in any way.

Change to course dates or location

You may change the dates or location of your WeekendTEFL course for the following administration fees :

A) Within seven Days of booking - No charge. If you book within seven days of the course date you will not be able to make any changes.

B) Over 30 days before course start date - £10, €15

C) Between 30 days and seven days of course start date - £40, €60

D) Within seven days of the course start date - No changes can be made


Applying for a refund

If you meet the conditions specified above, and wish to apply for a refund, the following procedure applies.


1. Contact i-to-i admin at olt@i-to-i.com, or write to the Course Manager at i-to-i, Woodside House, 261 Low Lane, Leeds, LS18 5NY, UK, explaining that you wish to apply for a refund.

2. If you meet the conditions specified above, a refund will be issued.


N.B. This process takes about two weeks to complete.


Sickness / Emergency Policy

If a student cannot attend the course due to sickness or an emergency situation they may swap to a later course or to the online course at the discretion of the Courses Manager, subject to a charge of £75 / €110 on provision of a doctor's note or other proof as appropriate.

Failing the course

i-to-i reserves the right to fail a student for one or more of the following reasons :

Non-attendence of some or all of the course
Failure to demonstrate the potential to be an EFL teacher


Complaints

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with our service, please e-mail olt@i-to-i.com telling us what the problem is, or write to the Courses Manager at i-to-i, Woodside House, 261 Low Lane, Leeds, LS18 5NY, UK. We will reply to your e-mail/letter within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excepting public holidays). In the reply it will specify what action is being taken to rectify the problem and how long this will take. You will be kept fully informed throughout the process.
