Customer Feedback

Despite the huge amount of work covered in the course, it was all highly relevant, interesting and informative. The course was really interactive and was was great for both gaining experience and maintaining interest; there were no opportunities to get bored.

The supportive atmosphere and sense of humour that the tutor generated also this meant everyone grew in confidence over the two days. The difference between the teaching parctices at the end of each day was impressive as everyone in the class had improved significantly.

Catherine Stevenson, June 2006
