School Details - Seville
This school, part of an international network of schools, is located in the heart of town just 10 minutes walking distance to the cathedral and 2 minutes to Plaza Nueva. The building is a typical Andalucian house with a reception desk on the ground floor, training director's office, teachers' room, classrooms, internet access, kitchen, vending machines and common room on the second and third floors and a large roof terrace. The classrooms are large and bright and they are equipped with a range of materials; there are also TVs and videos as teaching aids.
The school advertises locally for Spanish students that would like to take English lessons. The foreign language school that we work with, located 1 minute from this centre, can often provide volunteer students and further support for trainee teachers. The school also has its own cafe/bar (serving drinks and tapas) that is on the same street. This provides an excellent meeting place for both teachers and students from all over the world.
Seville
You can't quite put your finger on it at first. But as you move between plazas and make your way through the maze of narrow winding streets, you notice the fruit - as much on the ground as in the trees - and eventually recognise the sweet seductive smell as that of orange blossom. Set in the heart of Spain s southernmost province, Andalucia, Seville is warm in climate, character and people. Just like the Muslims some 1500 years ago, you can t help but fall under the spell of this magical city where the rhythmic tapping of flamenco heels and late afternoon cries from the plaza de toros are familiar, and enticing, sounds.

Seville is fantastic and I think everyone in the world should go. The school is very well equipped and situated very conveniently in the city centre. The trainers were extremely good, very supportive and also provided prompt, honest and inciteful advice. Everyone I saw teach on the course improved significantly.

I learned so much and met an amazing group of people throughout my time there. It was hard at times, but you had to remember that everyone was in the same boat... And this gets you through it. At the end i felt an amazing sense of achievement.
